Brian Ward, 2004 graduate of the Coast Guard Academy and occasional runner when the mood strikes him. Currently stationed at Air Station Detroit. Best known for taking down Ian Bartonicek in the 1000m during indoor track season 2003.

About D9:

District Nine consists of the Great Lakes and the associated waterways. The largest population are is centered around Detroit, MI and contains Sector Detroit, Air Station Detroit, numerous small boat stations and several coasties attending grad school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
