Lake Temescal, Oakland || (google map) (park site) || 1000m repeat course – start by beach house run towards south end, curve up onto big oak trail, end just before downhill to north end parking lot. Meet in North Side parking lot.
Crown Beach, Alameda || (google map) || (course map) two different loops mixed paved and path. ** Meet by Tennis Courts and Dog Park water fountain!!
