Back to Asan Beach for Thursday intervals at 6pm
While it may still be only Wednesday stateside, we’ve made it over the hump here. To celebrate this Coast Guard’s birthday, we will run repeats until the sun goes down in the Pacific. Bring plenty of fluids!
The workout:
Mile warm-up
-stretching and drills
4 X hill repeats (White), 4X 400m , and 1000m
6X hill repeats (Orange), 6X400m, and 1000m
- 100 m strides (10X all)
